Please read before booking your session

1. Disclaimer

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that all readings are intended for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
Any insights, information, or guidance offered during your session are subject to your own interpretation, and you remain fully responsible for any choices, decisions, or actions you make thereafter.

A reading does not constitute or substitute for:

• medical or mental health care

• psychological diagnosis or treatment

• legal advice

• business or financial advice

• therapeutic or crisis support

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leo accepts no liability for any loss, harm, or consequences — whether actual, perceived, direct, or indirect — that may arise from your session.

2. Payment, Refunds & Booking Policy

• All bookings must be paid in full before your appointment.

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

• Short-notice bookings may be cancelled automatically if proof of payment is not received immediately.

• International clients: All payments are processed in ZAR (South African Rands) at your bank’s exchange rate.

3. Timezone Accuracy & Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Please double-check the timezone when booking to avoid arriving early, late, or missing your session.

• Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled finishing time.

• If you experience technical issues on your side, the session cannot be extended or rescheduled.

4. Load Shedding & Unexpected Disruptions (South Africa)

Due to South Africa’s electricity rotation system (load shedding), your appointment may occasionally require rescheduling.

If a disruption occurs on Leo’s side:

• You will be offered at least two alternative appointment times.

• If a stable connection is not possible, a rescheduled session will be arranged.

If the disruption is on your side:

• The session will not be extended or rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Leo during your session is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
Nothing you share will be disclosed unless required by law.

6. POPIA + GDPR Recording Policy

To comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and GDPR (EU/UK), sessions may not be recorded by either party.

Recording is not permitted because:

• Sensitive personal information is discussed.

• Privacy laws require strict protection and restricted storage of personal data.

• Audio/video files introduce additional compliance obligations.

Therefore:

• Leo does not record sessions.

• Clients are not permitted to record sessions (audio or video).

• You are welcome and encouraged to take written notes for your personal use.

Any unauthorized recording, saving, or sharing of session content is prohibited.

7. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
Minors may attend only with written parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Limitation of Liability

By booking, you release Leo from any claims, damages, losses, or consequences related to your session, including but not limited to:

• emotional or psychological responses

• financial decisions

• relationship decisions

• personal or spiritual actions

• perceived outcomes or predictions

9. Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to:

• the Disclaimer

• the Terms & Conditions

• the POPIA & GDPR Recording Policy

• the Non-Refundable Payment Policy
